Joined as the first growth hire. In two years, we increased ARR from nearly zero to tens of millions, with thousands of companies and tens of thousands of employees now using Thatch. In these two years we raised a Series A and Series B from top-tier VCs. I hired and led a team of six in product growth, growth engineering, content marketing, lifecycle, and engagement.
Led growth initiatives for a cross-chain interoperability protocol. Built developer relations programs, partnership pipelines, and ecosystem growth strategies that helped expand the transfer volume through the network to $6.5B+, growing the number of transactions to +100K/mo.
Joined as the second growth hire to help scale the company from a couple of hundred members to tens of thousands of active users, with revenue growing to a double-digit million figure ARR. Owned and managed all Tally's organic growth strategy and team, as well as our Google Ads budgets, growth infrastructure and attribution systems.
Drove significant improvements in SEO strategy, organic and paid channels performance, directly contributing to major growth in new qualified accounts and loan origination volume.
